Acknowledge, Collaborate and Execute is a 3-stage diagnostic model we provide (free of charge) to determine if our services are the right “fit” for our offerings

The diagnostic requires a visit to the facility and a candid conversation with relevant stakeholders

Post visit, we provide a recommendation detailing ‘good-better-best’ scenarios for the client

This provides us and the client with an opportunity to ACKNOWLEDE the current state, COLLABORATE on the need(s) the organization has, EXECUTE the needs with CI360

We also introduce the client to the Canadian Ontario Job Grant (COJG) funding and highlight the ROI possibilities for the organization
