The Black Belt Certification Course is offered in two different ways:
1) As a “bridge” after the CI360 Green Belt course has been taken
2) As a stand-alone course, which does not require the CI360 Green Belt course as a pre-requisite.
After the 24th week, the course is self driven by the student and can be completed in as little as 7 months or less.
The CI360 Black Belt course contains the content from the 6 Green Belt modules, as well as 9 additional modules that advanced the levels of learning. It is taught with relevance to industries both in the transactional/service and operational/production sectors. Examples and interactive exercises help to teach the concepts to the adult learner.

There is coaching support throughout the course with assignments tailored to help the student meet project objectives.
